Hops (Humulus lupulus) are widely used in beer production, a practice dating back centuries. Home brewers today use them for beer or tea. Infuse in water or tincture in alcohol for hair and skin care. Combine with other herbs to create tasty custom tea blends. Hops may also be tincture with other herbs like dandelion root to make bitters. Whole hops are also commonly turned into herbal pillows to promote restful sleep.

This year I've been being more adventurous with trying different teas. Hadn't been sleeping well of late, and decided to try hops tea to see if it would help relax me before bedtime. It is quite bitter, but slowly sipping on a cup for about a half hour did help me relax and stop all the whirling thoughts in my head that usually keeps me awake. Fun flavors, and easy to use. We are trying them all. The 3-pak saves a bit of money also.
I made a large pot of this and worked on it for a couple of days. It makes a good "iced coffee". I purchased it because of my favorite coffee substitute, Chicory and also due to the health properties of Dandelion root.
These are very well done and highly reminiscent of coffee without the buzz. A veryy enjoyable experience!
Recently de-caffeinating myself, I discovered this as an alternative for my morning breakfast tea. I love the fruity flavor, and it mixes really well with steamed milk.
I was very impressed with the honey oatmeal soap. I ordered it a couple weeks ago and it came in. First use I could feel the difference on my skin compared to other soaps. It makes it feel smooth! Will certainly buy again!
