The camphor tree, reaching heights of up to 35 meters, contains camphor in all of its parts. Camphor Essential Oil is produced through steam distillation of the chipped wood, root stumps, and branches, followed by a rectification process and filtering. The first distillation fraction yields the classic White camphor oil, which has a strong, penetrating, and fragrant scent. This oil is available in a 14 mL bottle (.5 fl. oz) and has a colorless to pale yellow clear liquid consistency. Great for use in skin care, such as salves and balms. Not for internal use. Do not use if pregnant.

Cautions: Camphor oil is powerful oil and should be used with care. Overdosing can cause convulsions and vomiting. Pregnant women or persons suffering from epilepsy and asthma should not use it.
