This organic loose leaf tea was crafted especially for supporting women who feel they always need a fan around. If you saw yourself above then it's time to grab some of this tea - yes, you can ice it because hot tea probably won't help you be less hot here! Though the flavor is best when room temp or warm. If you find the black cohosh slightly bitter (as I do when it's iced) just add a touch of honey and you will be golden!

Herbal Tea- Steep 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 oz boiling water (212° F) for 5-7 minutes for best results.
