This herb has an approximate average of 6 cups per pound.

Mix Organic Echinacea withsweet rose hipsand hibiscus to create different herbal tea blends.Rose hips can also be used to craft jams, jellies, marmalades, and syrups. Echinacea and ginger root can be combined for tinctures, with ginger being a popular spice in Indian, Japanese, and Chinese cuisines.

Store in an airtight container away from temperature extremes and sunlight.

During pregnancy echinacea is possibly safe when taken by mouth for up to 7 days when pregnant, information regarding longer usage than 7 days in unavailable. Some may be allergic to echinacea, if this is you, do not use or discontinue use.
