Herbal Tea- Steep 1 tsp of tea per 6-8 oz boiling water (212° F) for 5-7 minutes for best results.

Store in an airtight container away from temperature extremes and sunlight.

Cucumber Mint Iced Tea

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Nagging Noggin Organic Loose Leaf Tea
2 lemon slices
2 cucumber slices

Directions:

Steep the tea with ½ cup hot water for 10-15 minutes.
Strain, then let cool for 5 minutes.Stir in ½ cup cold ice water.
In the bottom of the serving glass, muddle the lemon and cucumber slices.
Fill the glass with ice, then add the tea and stir.

First of all, this is a really wonderful tasting tea, but its effects are amazing. Last week, because of stress and eye fatigue caused by working on the computer, I started to get a migraine. I did take medication to keep it from becoming full blown, but the ache and heaviness in my forehead remained and was so severe I could hardly keep my eyes open. I made a cup of this tea and between its lovely aroma and the medicinal properties of the herbs, I was able to relax and experienced complete relief from my symptoms.
Time and again, I find Farmhouse Teas descriptions to be accurate and trustworthy - this tea is no exception! So thankful I had it on hand!

This could be my new favorite tea. My husband and I both love it!

Perfect gift!!

I purchased this tea along with the stainless strainer for my daughter who suffers from migraine headaches. It was the perfect choice!!! Feeling Foggy

The arrival of this tea made perfect timing. I was feeling off and my head felt foggy. I knew my body was getting ready to fight something off. I made a big, hot cup of this tea and by the time I was done sipping on it I was already feeling better. My head felt better. I will always have this on hand for moments like this.
